It says on the costume, “Usually ships within 3 Business Days. ”
If you order it first thing tomorrow before 2pm – usually what’s considered the previous day, you should hopefully have it by Thursday if not first thing in the mail on Friday.
Though that says ‘usually’, not accounting for anything that might happen with problems in the mail or shipping. If there’s no toll free number that you can contact and ask if your costume will be there for Halloween, I think you’d be better off looking for a party store for a similar costume where you live. You could test it, but it would really suck if you bought the costume and then it didn’t arrive until Monday of next week.
